Balloon Jerks 0.82 - Colour Tweaks

Updated the "Orange" balloons (only used in "Snood" mode) to make them slightly more distinct from the yellow ones.

Updated the "Blue" balloons used to make slightly lighter and, in CVD mode, made the patterned balloons blue match the non-CVD blue.
